• Spicy/Tangy Crisps (e.g., Chakli or Sev): A bright yellow, flavourful, and crunchy snack with a tangy or spicy coating.

• Frying/Baking Medium: Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, or a blend), Ghee (Clarified Butter - in some recipes).

• Seasoning & Spices: Salt, Cumin Seeds (Jeera), Carom Seeds (Ajwain), Black Pepper, Asafoetida (Hing), Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi), Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Amchur (Dry Mango Powder), and other spice blends.
